How secure are Snap Frames?

Most Snap Frames simply snap shut and therefore can be opened relatively easily, although not very discretely so if it is in a fairly public position it should be obvious if someone is tampering with the display. Snap Frames can be supplied with stronger springs and a flush edge will make the frame impossible to open without a lever tool, or frames can be supplied with bolts requiring an Allen Key to open. However for greater peace of mind the four frame edges can interconnect and lock together until a key is used.

Can a Snap Frame hold a Lightbox?

It's certainly possible for Snap Frames to contain Lightboxes, however some will be better suited than others. The security aspect above may be a consideration as may the depth of the frame. The shallowest standard size is just 15mm which will struggle with larger lightboxes, these increase to 42mm in standard sizes or can be custom made to fit the lightbox you wish to display.
